Iyuzeld Kost-trän (/kost/ /trɑn/ [last (only remaining)] [membrane]) is a temperate Large Town located in the Fididiäīurg Principality of the City-state of Olatkana.

The name Iyuzeld Kost-trän is derived from the Gnollish language, as Iyuzeld Kost-trän was founded by Gle vyim Yuvnotems, who was culturaly Gnollish.

Climate

Iyuzeld Kost-trän has a yearly average temperature of -4°C (25°F), with its average temperature during the summer being an icy 22°C (71°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold -31°C (-23°F). Iyuzeld Kost-trän was founded durring the early 11th century, by Gle vyim Yuvnotems. The establishment of Iyuzeld Kost-trän suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Iyuzeld Kost-trän which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Iyuzeld Kost-trän was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Iyuzeld Kost-trän is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Iyuzeld Kost-trän is buildings are speckled and packed arround crampt worn bedrock streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The town's timber-based walls are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Iyuzeld Kost-trän, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all preforming the same rituals to bless and anoint building,s streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holysymbols is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This town certainly loves its god.

Iyuzeld Kost-trän possesses a city-wide Aethary Link which provides Aethary access anywhere within its metropolitan. This allows citizens who can afford the relevant devices access in their places of work, and rarely homes.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Iyuzeld Kost-trän's natural decorations nor waterways.

The locals have cut a deal with some unspeakable entity, trading some form of tribute (benign of horrific) in exchange for the being’s forbearance or assistance. Outsiders may be ignorant of the bargain, or they may know that the community is in thrall but be too fearful of its master to take action against them. The creature likely serves as a protector as well as a tyrant, so the locals may be content with the deal even if it doesn’t offer any further inducement or aid.

Iyuzeld Kost-trän's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..
